ROLAND H. ACOSTA is an attorney with Forty (40) years of experience in real estate, banking, business and commercial law. Twenty (20) of these years were spent as an in-house counsel for various banks; most of this time was spent with SunTrust Bank.

Mr. Acosta is an attorney with extensive and varied experience in real estate law, business law and commercial law. With an emphasis on transactional work, he has conducted commercial and residential closings, business transfers, and complex commercial transactions. Mr. Acosta has focused his energies on “closing the deal”. He provides his clients with comprehensive services which encompass closings, title transfers, preparation of contracts, leases, lease review, foreclosure, landlord/tenant disputes, remedial title work, formulation of business entities and legal documentation.

His previous experience includes serving as senior counsel for several local law firms, as well as teaching real estate law at a variety of regional colleges. He additionally assists clients in obtaining financing for projects by drawing on both private and public funding.


JAMES MOORE is a Florida Attorney with a great deal of real estate experience. He has worked at the law firm for seven (7) years. He is a licensed real estate broker with an expanding real estate brokerage business. In addition to his duties at the law firm, Mr. Moore is a principal of Boyd Management, which places and services private real estate loans.

Mr. Moore is skilled at representing parties in real estate disputes, as well as probate and estate matters. He also oversees the firm’s in-house short sale department.

Mr. Moore is a natural problem solver and is skilled at negotiations. With his prior experience in accounting and financial planning, he is adept at advising clients who are looking to establish or restructure business entities and/or trusts.


BRICE SHRADER is a Florida attorney specializing in issues involving real estate, construction, estate planning, probate, business entities, and personal injury. Mr. Shrader strives to represent his clients with passion and diligence.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Shrader practiced civil engineering as a professional engineer in the state of Florida and has performed design services for a variety of clients throughout the state, as well as across the country. The practice of engineering has developed Mr. Shrader’s ability to analyze all types of problems, with a keen eye for the details. These characteristics, along with the technical knowledge acquired in the engineering field allows Mr. Shrader to effectively advise his clients in all legal matters pertaining to construction, engineering design, permitting, eminent domain, code enforcement, business formation, and auto accidents.

Mr. Shrader has a passion to help people solve their problems. He loves representing his clients who face difficult circumstances and educating them about their rights.


STEPHANIE LE the firm’s Paralegal and is assigned to all of the Firm’s litigation matters including Personal Injury Law. Stephanie Le is a recent law school graduate. Stephanie plans to take the bar exam in the near future. Stephanie has over twenty (20) years experience as a paralegal and is responsible for all paralegal functions of the law firm. She supervises and addresses other personnel performing paralegal functions.

TERI STALEY has multiple years of experience as a property manager. Teri is responsible for maintaining our property and for all administrative functions of the law firm. She oversees our human resources functions, employee benefits, etc.

Short Sale & Loan Workout Specialist

LORI MATOFF is one of the firm’s short sale and loan workout specialists. She has more than twenty (20) years of banking experience primarily at Bank of America, where she was both a Branch Manager and a Commercial Loan Officer. Lori is also a licensed mortgage broker.

Loan Specialist

DEBRA WINSTON is a Short Sale Negotiator and Loan Administrator. She has extraordinary knowledge of all aspects of the firm’s daily functions. Debra has more than twenty (20) years of experience working with attorneys, mortgage brokers, lenders, realtors, and other real estate professionals.

Legal Assistant

LEIVY ROCHÉ is the firm’s “jack of all trades.” Leivy has over twenty (20) years experience in a law firm setting. She assists the Litigation Department by serving as a paralegal. Leivy is also a back-up closer and performs other functions as assigned. She is fluent in Spanish and English,


Dani Hearn has a sparkling personality with a focus on customer service. She is the face of the law firm and the firm is happy to have her on our team. She has worked in the real estate industry for seven (7) years. Dani comes to us from another law firm, where she worked in the accounting department. By joining our firm, she is returning to her roots in real estate.

Chief Closer

MICHAEL ROSARIO is the Closing Director for the Law Firm. Mike has exceptional expertise in closing real estate loans. He supervises the work of the closing department. Mike has twenty (20) years of customer service experience. Mike is bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English.


Andres is an experienced closer who has worked for several title companies. He is efficient, even tempered and calm. Andres is very thorough and excels in customer service. Andres is bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English.

Title Processor

Donna has worked for several closing departments before joining the firm. Her duties include collecting documents and ordering title commitments, appraisals and surveys, as necessary. She communicates with buyers and sellers and helps coordinate closings. Donna also performs all post-closing duties.
